Step 1 — Before You Send

Four items for an instant quote

Having these four details ready lets us price your order in one pass. Missing any of them usually means a follow-up question and a delayed quote.

Steel Grade

Grade name or standard (SAE1078, 65Mn, 50WW470, SPCC…). If unsure, describe the part and we will recommend a grade.

Thickness × Width

Thickness in mm and coil or sheet width in mm. Example: 1.5 mm × 1250 mm. Tolerance requirements if any.

Quantity

Tons, kilograms or number of coils. Trial coils from one ton are accepted for most stocked grades.

Destination & Trade Term

Country and port, plus preferred INCOTERMS: FOB Shanghai, CIF, CFR or DDP. This determines the freight component.

Step 2 — Drawings & Files

File formats we accept

Drawings help us confirm critical dimensions and edge requirements. If you have no drawing, a written specification is enough — describe the part and how the strip will be processed.

Quote questions, answered

How fast will I get a quote?

We reply to every inquiry within one working day. Stock items are quoted the same day when specifications are complete; custom-rolled or annealed orders may require a short internal check before pricing. See our order process for what happens after the quote.

What information do I need to send for a quote?

Four items: steel grade (or equivalent standard), thickness × width, quantity (tons or coils), and destination country / port with trade term (FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP). Drawings are helpful but not required — a written specification works. Can I send drawings instead of a written specification?

Yes. We accept PDF, DWG, DXF and STEP files. Please mark critical dimensions and tolerances on the drawing. If you have no drawing, describe the part and how the strip will be processed (blanking, forming, hardening) and we will recommend a grade and condition. Are my drawings and inquiries kept confidential?

Yes. All drawings and inquiries are treated as confidential. We do not share customer specifications with third parties. Files are used only for quotation and order processing.

What trade terms do you support?

We quote FOB Shanghai, CIF, CFR and DDP per INCOTERMS. Tell us your destination port and preferred term and we will price accordingly. Payment is typically T/T 30% advance with balance against documents, or irrevocable L/C.
