HS-FINEB is a Shanghai-based precision steel strip manufacturer and processor. We take Baosteel-series raw material through spheroidizing annealing, precision cold rolling, slitting and cut-to-length — and deliver it with a Mill Test Certificate on every coil.
What sets HS-FINEB apart is not a single machine — it is the integration of material sourcing, thermal processing, precision rolling and geometric finishing under one quality system.
Shanghai location, port-side logistics. Based in Shanghai, we sit within the Baosteel supply orbit and minutes from Shanghai Port. Raw material moves from mill to our processing line with minimal handling, and finished coils move directly to export container terminals. This short chain means fewer transit delays, lower damage risk, and faster turnaround on both stock and custom orders.
Integrated processing, not just distribution. Many steel traders buy and resell coil without touching it. We process: we anneal, we roll, we slit, we level. That means we control the carbide structure in a spheroidized coil, the thickness tolerance across a rolled strip, the burr height on a slit edge, and the flatness of a cut-to-length sheet. Every step is documented and every coil leaves with a Mill Test Certificate.
Depth across industries. Our grade range covers the material needs of automotive fine blanking (seat recliners, door locks, seat-belt components), power tools and saw blades (high-carbon and tool steel strip), electrical motors (non-oriented silicon steel), medical instruments (stainless and high-carbon strip), and springs / fasteners (alloy spring steel). Buyers in these industries come to us because one supplier can cover their grade mix, processing requirements and export documentation.

Our facility is equipped with the core lines needed to take raw coil through to finished, inspected strip. Specific machine models and line counts are confirmed on request — what matters for buyers is the process capability each line delivers.
Batch furnaces run controlled heating and slow-cool cycles to convert lamellar pearlite into spheroidal carbide. The result is a soft, ductile strip that blanks cleanly and forms without cracking — essential for fine blanking and cold-forming grades.
Multi-pass rolling reduces thickness to target gauge with controlled surface roughness and crown. Thickness tolerance and surface finish are verified at the mill and again at final inspection before dispatch.
Coils are slit to customer width with managed burr height and edge quality. Narrow widths for progressive-die stamping and wide widths for blanking feeders are both handled, with width tolerance confirmed at quoting.
Coils are leveled and sheared to fixed-length sheets with controlled flatness and length tolerance. Suitable for laser cutting, blanking presses and sheet-fed stamping operations.
Quenching, tempering and normalizing lines deliver finished mechanical properties for spring, blade and structural applications. Hardness ranges are specified per grade and section, with results recorded on the MTC.
In-house inspection covers chemical composition verification, tensile and hardness testing, dimensional measurement (thickness, width, length), surface inspection and decarburization depth checks where required.
We work to documented quality procedures and provide the paperwork buyers need for incoming inspection and regulatory traceability. Files below are samples — request the current version at RFQ.
Our quality management system is organized around incoming material control, process parameter records, final inspection and outgoing documentation. Certificate copy available on request.
Available on requestEvery coil ships with an MTC covering heat number, chemical composition, mechanical properties, processing condition and dimensions. Sample format available for review before ordering.
Available on requestPer-grade TDS summarize chemistry ranges, typical mechanicals, recommended processing conditions and equivalent standards across ASTM / DIN / JIS / GB. Request the TDS for your target grade.
Available on requestOur team is organized around two functions that touch every order: metallurgical and process engineering, and export sales support.
Our engineering team handles grade selection, process route design (annealing cycle, rolling pass schedule, slitting setup), trial-coil evaluation and customer technical queries. They review every non-standard specification before production and sign off on the MTC data.
Our sales team manages quotations, order confirmation, shipping documentation and after-sales follow-up. They work in English and coordinate with freight forwarders for FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP shipments from Shanghai Port. Response target: within one working day.
Our mission is to supply precision steel strip with chemistry, hardness, tolerance and surface quality that match the buyer's specification — every coil, every heat. We measure success by how few production issues our customers report after stamping, blanking or heat treating our material.
Our vision is to be the supplier that automotive, tool, electrical and medical buyers contact first when they need a non-standard grade, a custom width, or an annealed condition that a general trader cannot deliver. We build that position through processing depth and documentation discipline, not marketing claims.
Every claim we make about material is backed by a heat number, a test record and a certificate. We do not substitute grades without written confirmation, we do not estimate tolerances on the phone, and we do not ship without an MTC. This is the core value that holds the whole operation together.
