Standard Safety Features

Two-Hand Control

Requires simultaneous two-hand actuation to initiate a stroke, keeping both operator hands clear of the die area.

Light Curtain Interlocks

Optical safety curtains guard the die access area and halt the stroke if the guarded zone is breached mid-cycle.

Emergency Stop Circuit

Hardwired E-stop stations at multiple points around the press, independent of the PLC control logic.

Fixed & Interlocked Guarding

Physical guards over drive components and pinch points, with interlock switches that prevent operation when guards are open.

Overload Protection

Hydraulic overload protection prevents the press from exceeding rated tonnage and damaging the frame or tooling.

Lockout/Tagout Provisions
