Centralized Lubrication System
Guiding columns, bushings and cutting punches take continuous load at high stroke rates. A properly sized automatic lubrication system is one of the cheapest ways to protect guiding precision over the life of the press.

- Programmable central lubrication pump with cycle-based dosing
- Distribution manifold feeding guiding columns, bushings and slide surfaces
- Low-level and pressure-fault alarms wired into the press PLC
- Oil/grease selection guidance based on ambient conditions and duty cycle
Available as standard equipment on new presses, or as a retrofit package for older machines - including non-Hubei-built presses undergoing refurbishment.
