COMPLETE PRODUCTION CELL

Fine Blanking Press Line Engineering

A complete line is more than a press plus a feeder. Coil condition, die layout, lubrication, scrap flow, finished-part handling and edge finishing must support the same output target.

MATERIAL FLOW

From Coil to Inspected Part

  1. Decoiling and coil support sized for strip width and coil mass
  2. Straightening selected for material, thickness and required strip condition
  3. Servo feeding synchronized with press and die pitch
  4. Fine blanking with coordinated tooling, lubrication and scrap evacuation
  5. Part separation, transfer, deburring, cleaning or inspection as required

LINE INPUTS

Data Needed to Define the Line Boundary

Strip and Coil

Grade, thickness, width, coil ID/OD, coil mass and surface requirements.

Part and Die

Drawing, strip layout if available, feed pitch, lubrication and scrap direction.

Output

Annual volume, shift pattern, target cycle and planned changeover frequency.

Factory Interface

Available floor area, power, foundation, utilities, material route and safety boundary.

Integration Decisions

  • Independent machines or mechanically linked cell
  • Manual, conveyor or robotic part transfer
  • Batch or in-line deburring and cleaning
  • Inspection checkpoints and reject handling
  • Control handshakes, alarms and production-data requirements
