"How do I know the guiding precision is real, not just a spec sheet number?"
Ask for the dimensional inspection and parallelism measurement data from a specific machine's FAT — not a marketing datasheet. We provide this as standard documentation, and support buyer-witnessed testing in person or via live video before the machine ships.
"What if the press doesn't perform once it's installed?"
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from commissioning, and we support remote diagnosis plus field engineer dispatch. See our payment terms & warranty page for exact coverage.
"Will I be able to get spare parts and support years from now?"
We maintain spare parts availability for the operational life of the press, not just the warranty period — and our field service division already supports presses from multiple brands beyond our own, which requires that same long-term parts and diagnostic capability.
"How do I verify the company is legitimate before wiring a deposit?"
We welcome in-person factory visits, live video factory tours, and third-party inspection coordination (SGS/TÜV/BV) at the buyer's request. Verifiable business registration and export history are available on request during quotation.
What We Won't Do
- We won't claim precision figures we haven't measured and can't document in a FAT report
- We won't ship without your sign-off on factory acceptance testing, unless you explicitly waive it
- We won't quote a number we can't stand behind in the final contract
