Base Machine Line Item
Should specify tonnage, guiding system type, control platform and standard vs. servo drive — not just a single price figure. If drive type or control platform isn't stated, ask.
Auxiliary Equipment Line Items
Coil feeding, deburring and die design are normally priced separately from the base press. Confirm whether feed-line specifications (coil width, weight capacity, pitch accuracy) are actually matched to your material and press speed.
Incoterm and What It Includes
Confirm exactly where responsibility transfers (factory door, origin port, destination port) and what's included in the quoted price up to that point — freight, insurance and destination duties are often quoted separately.
Payment Schedule
Should tie milestones (deposit, FAT sign-off, installation) to specific percentages, not vague timeframes. See our payment terms & warranty page for our standard structure.
Warranty Terms
Confirm warranty duration, what's covered (and explicitly excluded), and how field support is delivered if something goes wrong after installation.
Lead Time Basis
Confirm whether the quoted lead time starts from deposit receipt, drawing approval, or another milestone — this is a common source of timeline misunderstanding.
