Minimum Order Quantity & Lead Times
Capital equipment doesn't work like a component order — there's no MOQ in the traditional sense, but timeline planning still matters. Here's what to expect.
Minimum Order Quantity
We accept single-unit press orders — there is no minimum press quantity. For spare parts and consumable tooling components, small-quantity orders are accepted, though per-unit pricing improves at higher quantities for parts we don't keep in standard stock.
What Affects Lead Time
- Standard platform vs. custom configuration (custom builds add engineering time upfront)
- Whether die design and build is bundled with the press order
- Current production schedule load at the time of order
- Speed of drawing approval and deposit confirmation on your end

- 10–14 Weeks
- Standard Press + Die Design
- 14–18 Weeks
- Custom/OEM Configuration
- 16–22 Weeks

- 3–6 Weeks
How to Compress the Timeline
- Send a complete part drawing and specification upfront — incomplete information is the most common source of delay
- Confirm deposit payment promptly once the quotation is agreed
- Decide on control-platform language and voltage/frequency requirements early
- If die design is bundled, respond quickly to DFM feedback and tryout sample approval requests
