Process Considerations
- High electrical conductivity is essential for connector and terminal applications
- Softer than steel, generally allowing higher stroke rates for a given tonnage
- Good fine-blankability supports fine feature detail on small connector geometries
- Often processed on our HF200 platform with high-speed servo feeding for thin-gauge strip
